Missouri Housing Trust Fund Disaster Relief
The Missouri Housing Trust Fund-Disaster Relief (MHTF-DR) program has a fixed application deadline: December 31, 2025, pending funding availability. Deadlines are specified in the program's application guidance and training materials.
Vacant Unit Turns for Tornado Recovery
Applications Open: Sept. 26, 2025, at 5 pm
Applications Due: Oct. 31, 2025, at 4 PM or until all available funding is obligated.
NOTE: Applicants should apply as soon as possible for this funding. Applications will be reviewed and rated on a rolling basis to ensure units are renovated and occupied by December 31, 2025.

The Qualified Research Expense Tax Credit (QRE) Program cycle for the 2024 tax year was open August 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025, for applications via Submittable.
