2026 Tornado Repair and Preservation Grant Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)

 
 

The City of St. Louis Affordable Housing Commission has released the 2026 Tornado Repair and Preservation Grant Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and application materials.  Funds may be used to repair affordable rental units damaged by the tornado and support the preservation of affordable housing in affected communities.

Who Can Apply?

CBN members who own, develop, or manage affordable rental housing impacted by the tornado, we encourage you to review the NOFA and determine whether this funding opportunity is a fit for your project.

  • Community Development Corporations (CDCs)

  • Nonprofit affordable housing developer/owners

  • Public Housing Authorities

  • Private owners of regulated or covenanted affordable rental housing

Application Materials

The NOFA, supporting application materials, and Zoom webinar information are available as of August 20 through the Affordable Housing Commission's Procurements section. The NOFA Applicant Overview Webinar is Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.

Applications are due October 2, 2026, by 5:00 PM.
