Invest STL: Small Dollars Action Fund (SDAF) - Cycle 3
Invest STL’s Small Dollars Action Fund (SDAF) offers small grants for community members to connect with their neighbors and take action together. We encourage you to dream up ideas to activate and connect with your fellow neighbors, build relationships and grow the possibilities. This small grant opportunity offers neighborhood-based groups (such as associations, block units, and informal collectives) in eligible areas up to $2,000 for resident-led, place-based activities.
The fund was designed to support activities that create meaningful connections between neighbors—whether that’s a block party, a neighborhood cleanup, printing fliers, or producing neighborhood swag. You can view a map of previously funded actions here.
The Spring 2026 application opened in January 2026 and closed February 10, 2026.
The 2026 Summer cycle was open from April 8th through May 5th.
The 2026 Fall Cycle opens July 15th and closes August 11th.

Important Eligibility Note
The fund runs on a cyclical basis (Spring, Summer, and Fall). Please note that applicants cannot be awarded in consecutive cycles. If you were awarded funding in the Spring 2026 cycle, you will not be eligible for this Summer 2026 cycle.
