2027 CDBG Priorities

Affordable Housing: rental and homeowner assistance, production of new housing units, rehabilitation of existing units
Economic Development: job creation and retention, support for microenterprises, business accessibility improvements, historic preservation and rehab of commercial properties
Public Services: Youth: childcare and healthcare, afterschool and recreation programs, food and transit support, youth jobs and workforce development, reentry and substance abuse resources
Planning: support for planning activities in low- and moderate-income areas
Homelessness: emergency shelter, transitional housing, rapid re-housing, prevention services, and outreach to unhoused populations
Public Facilities: construction or improvement of facilities serving community needs
Public Improvements and Infrastructure: enhancements to streets, sidewalks, lighting, and other public infrastructure
Administration: program planning, management, monitoring, and evaluation
