Spanish Lake CDC Celebrates Completion of Master Plan for Central Commercial Area
Spanish Lake Community Development Corporation (SLCDC) celebrated the completion of a Master Plan for its central commercial area with a Fall Festival on October 30, 2021. The SLCDC team is working to build up the area between Pattern Drive and Parker Road, including by creating a new Town Center Shopping Center.

Spanish Lake CDC Partners On Free Mobile Market

Spanish Lake CDC partnered with the St. Louis Area Foodbank and Spanish Lake Community Association to host a free mobile market for area residents.
Participants were able to drive up and receive free supplies directly in their trunk. Residents were also welcome to walk-in as long as they wore a mask and practiced social distancing.
