The 64-unit affordable senior housing development at 4900 Gravois Avenue provides older adults with an opportunity to remain in the neighborhood they call home. A nearly seven-year effort, the project reflects the power of persistence, partnerships, and community-driven development.
Since its grand opening in April 2026, EverTrue Crossroads has become a place for seniors to age in place with dignity and affordability.
