Beyond Housing and its partners have broken ground on Residences at The Page II, a $15.6 million mixed-income housing development that will bring 42 new apartment homes to Pagedale. The project includes 37 affordable homes and five market-rate homes, with construction expected to take approximately 20 months and completion anticipated in summer 2028.
The development builds on more than $200 million invested through Beyond Housing's comprehensive work in the 24:1 Community, a partnership encompassing 22 municipalities in the Normandy Schools Collaborative footprint.
Located near Pagedale's growing Page Avenue commercial district, the project will include 18 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom apartments, community gathering space, outdoor amenities, green space, and free wireless internet for residents. It will also connect families to programs and services supporting stability and economic mobility.
The project is the second phase of Beyond Housing's housing strategy in Pagedale, following the completion of 36 affordable rental homes at Pagedale Town Center Homes in 2025. Together, these investments demonstrate how housing development, commercial revitalization, and resident-focused services can work together to strengthen an entire community.
