CBN Mission Members do place-based work focused on community development, economic development, and affordable housing.

All Mission Members must submit a Board-signed Members Pledge with their application.

CBN Mission Members do place-based work focused on community development, economic development, and affordable housing.

All Mission Members must submit a Board-signed Members Pledge with their application.

Mission Members must meet these five (5) criteria:

  1. Operate in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area & have a defined geographic service area or carry out place-based neighborhood improvement work.

  2. Have an IRS tax-exempt designation.

  3. Have community development, economic development, or affordable housing as a purpose in its articles of incorporation.

  4. Have residents of its defined service area on its governing board, on a community advisory board, or able to participate in a process for involving resident input into organization decision-making.

  5. Agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of membership in CBN.
