Funding: The City of St. Louis Community Development Administration (CDA) is seeking proposals from non-profit organizations to assist in the program and construction management of the Healthy Home Repair Program (HHRP). CDA has received an allocation of American Rescue Act Plan (ARPA) funding to supplement its existing Healthy Home Repair Program.
