The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is annual federal funding the City of St. Louis receives to support neighborhood and community development activities. While part of CDBG funding supports affordable housing, each year the City also administers a funding cycle for non-housing activities, including economic development, public facilities, and other eligible community priorities. The CDA has posted the 2026 CDBG Non-Housing Funding Cycle Timeline to help organizations and residents stay informed and prepared to participate.
The application period opens Friday, August 1, 2025.
Proposals are due at 4 PM on September 5, 2025.
