2026 HOME-ARP Supportive Services Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)

The CDA has released the 2026 HOME-ARP Supportive Services Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), making approximately $1.5 million available to nonprofit organizations to support vulnerable populations. This federal funding initiative, part of the American Rescue Plan, aims to assist households experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including those fleeing domestic violence or trafficking. Eligible non profits will provide supportive services to HOME-ARP qualified populations, including rapid rehousing assistance, counseling, and housing search assistance to prevent homelessness. Applications are due by June 5, 2026.

Information Session: A virtual workshop is scheduled for May 1, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
