Do you help patients access Medicaid transportation?

FLOURISH, along with Medicaid managed care companies and transportation brokers, will host listening sessions to increase awareness of Medicaid transportation policies and protocols and cultivate information sharing to learn what is working and how things can be improved.

If you are a community health worker, patient navigator, social worker, community referral coordinator, user of Medicaid transportation or someone who helps people access healthcare, please join us in sharing your experiences to help moms and babies get the care they need and deserve.

A meal will be provided and transportation and childcare are available.
