Kranzberg Arts Foundation-Founded Initiative Helps Artists Buy Homes
The St. Louis Art Place Initiative—which was co-founded in 2019 by the Incarnate Word Foundation, Regional Arts Commission, and CBN member the Kranzberg Arts Foundation—recently sold the first of 20 affordable, artist-owned homes they’re developing in St. Louis’ Gravois Park neighborhood.
