St. Louis County Council Hearing on Affordable Housing

The St. Louis County Council is expected to do a final vote on Bill No. 284 that, if passed, will create an Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) in St. Louis County. The time is now to speak out about the proposed legislation.

There are two parts to the proposed bill:

  1. Establishment of an Affordable Housing Trust Fund in St. Louis County

  2. Expanding the Housing Resource Commission to oversee the funds

This is expected to be the last opportunity to speak about the bill before a final decision is made.
