Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) is excited to invite you to join us for the Phase 1 Groundbreaking Ceremony for Clinton Peabody — a significant milestone in the continued revitalization of this historic St. Louis community.

This celebration marks the beginning of an important new chapter, made possible through the collaboration and commitment of residents, community partners, elected leaders, funders, and many others who have helped move this vision forward.

Please plan to arrive by 9:30 AM to allow time for parking and walking to the ceremony site.

Following the ceremony, POAH invites you to stay and celebrate with residents and community partners during our Community Celebration from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. The event will include food, games, family-friendly activities, and an opportunity to connect with neighbors and partners who have helped make this moment possible.
