Attainable housing doesn’t move forward by talking — it moves forward when people build.
On Wednesday, March 25 (7:30–9:30 AM), Construction Forum convenes a working conversation about what it actually takes to deliver attainable housing today — financially, technologically, and at the neighborhood level
This isn’t theory. It’s practice.
We will gather at First Unitarian Church of St. Louis (5007 Waterman Blvd.) — a historic institution rooted in social justice and located directly in the tornado’s path. The setting underscores the point: attainable housing is not abstract policy. It is a current, local construction challenge tied to recovery, resilience, and long-term neighborhood stability.
