Why this fundraiser—and why now?
We have secured the opportunity to acquire the site and build 4 new affordable homes at 3605 Morgan Ford, which has sat vacant for more than two decades as a City owned defunct gas station. Your donation will help close any funding gaps. And we currently have over 23M in development projects underway!
