The Unico team would love to have you join us October 27 or 28 for an open house at two recently completed ONE PRECISION ASSEMBLIES™ (OPA™) homes in North St. Louis.

Developed by CertainTeed, OPA uses factory-built floor, wall and roof assemblies that are delivered and assembled on-site. For the St. Louis project, CertainTeed worked with St. Louis-based Unico Inc. to incorporate The Unico System® for heating and cooling.

These are the first OPA residences west of the Mississippi River, and we’d love for you to come see the finished homes, learn more about the project and meet members of the teams behind it.
