Rene' Brauner, Realtor & Broker at Lioness Realty will discuss Finding the Right Sized Project and Running the Numbers, pulling from her experience as realtor, developer, and landlord. Rene' will discuss turn-key, remodel, selective rehab, and gut rehab projects, along with her process used to determine if a project can make money, break even, or break you. She will focus on single family, duplexes, and 4 family buildings.

This activity is funded by a HUD Community Development Block Grant via the St. Louis Community Development Administration and coordinated by Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC, North Newstead Association, and The Vacancy Collaborative.
