This course from the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) is designed to make sure the counselor is aware of the resources available for renters during the COVID 19 pandemic, where to look for them and how best to access them.  The participant will learn the tools and resources necessary to conduct a successful rental counseling session amid crisis. The course will wrap up with best practices on conducting a successful session online.
