The Social Innovation District (SID) is seeking professional services from a qualified consultant to facilitate and undertake community engagement activities related to potential development of a nonprofit co-location hub in the West End neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri.

As the representative for a number of stakeholders interested in co-location, SID seeks to know more about the community implications for this development. SID and its partners are evaluating the feasibility of developing this social purpose real estate project to serve as an anchor to accommodate the needs of participating nonprofits for their administrative, program, and convening spaces.

Project work will take place between January 1st and March 1st of 2017. Applications are due December 9th, 2016, with interviews to be scheduled during the following two weeks. A consultant firm will be selected by January 3rd, 2017.
