On Monday, the Ferguson Commission released it’s report entitled Forward Through Ferguson: A Path Towards Racial Equity. In its report, the Ferguson Commission issues several calls to action related to its four signature priorities: Justice for All, Youth at the Center, Opportunity to Thrive, and Racial Equity. Several calls to action are a direct response to the region’s racial inequities in poverty, employment, income, and education.

The maps in the slideshow below display St. Louis City and County ACS 2009-2013 data on the poverty rate, unemployment rate, health insurance coverage, median income, and educational attainment. North St. Louis City and County and parts of South St. Louis City consistently face barriers in every category depicted below.
