The Land Revitalization Program Team at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a toolkit highlighting land revitalization strategies for communities interested in sustainably redeveloping formerly contaminated properties. The publication spotlights tools that have grown out of community-based projects assisted by the Land Revitalization Program Team, including tools for property prioritization, public infrastructure coordination assessment and planning, economic development and climate resilience, residential demolition, deconstruction, and brownfields development. A PDF copy of the toolkit is posted below.
