Join Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC next Monday, October 24th from 9:00–11:00 am for a workshop on energy efficiency strategies for affordable multifamily housing. This is the third and final workshop in this series for 2016. Attendees will hear from industry professionals on a variety of topics:

    • Energy Audits: Learn where you can achieve the most energy savings and return on investment for multifamily property.
    • Energy Benchmarking: Hear about why it’s important to track your energy use. Energy Star Portfolio Manager is a benchmarking tool that is available for free.
    • Laclede Gas Energy Efficiency Programs: Learn about Lacelde Gas Energy Efficiency Programs, including how to qualify, apply, and finance improvements.

    • Ameren Energy Efficiency Programs: Learn about Multifamily Low Income–Community Savers® and other programs, including how to qualify and apply and the incentives available for improvements.

    • Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis: Offering services targeted for low income home owners and tenants and providing energy audits; insulation; sealing and air leak repair; dryer venting; weather stripping installation; window and door repair or replacement; and furnace/hot water tank repair or replacement.
