DSCC’s mission is to advance neighborhood vitality through community empowerment, housing stabilization, and real estate development. DSCC supports four vibrant neighborhoods in South St. Louis City: Dutchtown, Gravois Park, Marine Villa, and Mt. Pleasant.

Reports to: Board of Directors
Hours: Full time, salaried, exempt

Position and Function
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) has strategic, operational, and development responsibility for DSCC’s staff, programs, expansion, and execution of the mission. The ED will work with the board and staff to execute the agency’s strategic plan. The ED is primarily responsible for securing the resources necessary to execute his/her responsibilities; overseeing all organizational operations, programs, expansions and plans; and working with the Board and staff to implement DSCC’s vision through strong, efficient, and impactful activities.
