The City of St. Louis was one of 7 cities selected to participate in Harvard University’s Community Progress Leadership Institute (CPLI). Don Roe, the Director of City Planning in St. Louis is leading the City delegation. This program is convening on the campus of the Harvard Law School this week (March 17 though March 20). The CPLI sessions will train leaders from each of the 7 cities on practices and skills that address vacant and problem properties. Leaders will learn skills such as data analysis, policy reforms, and land banking.
