The Brown School of Social Work at Washington University is proud to present once again, in collaboration with NeighborWorks America, its three-course certificate program, Affordable Housing and Mixed Income Community Management. This series prepares professionals with key skills and knowledge to successfully manage property and services, maximize performance, and strategize sustainable growth.

Participants have five- and three-day course options; each course can be a stand-alone opportunity to build professional expertise while staying local or traveling short distances. All are taught by NeighborWorks faculty. Series completion earns a NeighborWorks America “Asset Management Specialist” designation. The next course is “Key Financial Tools and Techniques,” to be held March 13th through 17th.

The Brown School invites all those interested to consider attending or sending staff to attend. Program leaders welcome a diversity of class participants who can help add value to the course experience and enhance the community’s capacity to support, grow, develop, and manage affordable housing and mixed income communities.
